the slime care guide
a little looking after and it stays playable for months.
before your first play
knead gently for a minute before your first play — this warms it up and brings out the best texture.
if it turns sticky
add a tiny amount of activator or lotion, a little at a time, and knead well between additions. it's easier to add more than to take it back out.
if it turns stiff
warm it between your palms for a minute, or add a drop of warm water and knead it through.
storing it
always return slime to its container and seal the lid tightly. keep it away from direct sun and heat.
please don't
- · leave it out overnight
- · mix different slimes together
- · add anything not made for slime (soap, food, etc.)
- · let young kids play unsupervised
getting it out of things
on fabric or carpet: freeze it in a bag until hard, then chip it away and treat any residue with a little dish soap and warm water. on hair: use a generous amount of oil or conditioner, work it through, and comb out gently.
