where we ship
we currently ship across India. we don't offer international shipping yet, but write to us if you're hoping to order from outside India — we're happy to see what we can do.
processing time
most orders are handmade to order and ship within 2-3 business days. custom orders may take longer — we'll always tell you an expected timeline before you confirm.
delivery time & charges
delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. shipping is a flat ₹59, and free on orders over ₹999. cash on delivery is available with a ₹50 handling fee on top of shipping. every charge is shown at checkout before you pay — we don't add surprise fees later.
tracking your order
once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. you can also check delivery status from your account.
