what we collect
when you order, create an account, or write to us, we collect what's needed to help: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order history. wishes posted on the manifestation wall are stored too, along with whether you chose to post anonymously.
payments
payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials go straight to them — we never see or store them.
who else sees your data
only the people who help us fulfil your order: our courier partner, our payment gateway, and the platforms that host our store and send our emails. we never sell or rent your data to anyone, for any reason.
your choices
write to us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete it — we'll do it, except where we're legally required to keep invoices. wishes on the manifestation wall can be posted anonymously, and we'll take yours down on request.
